Fortis Hospital - Pitch

Fortis Healthcare Limited is a chain of private hospitals headquartered in India. I did a pitch for Fortis Bangalore. No matter what the purpose of visit may be, nobody likes to be in a hospital. It is always seen as a scary place. How do we make Fortis look more approachable and modern? This was redesign project where client wanted a complete new look & feel for their existing website. The metric was to increase the number of appointments with new website.
